The focus is relative to the drawing of the Golden Flower (Temperance).

We are told…
Many of us will discover at midweek that it is helpful to meditate upon the natural ebb and flow of life’s ups and downs as a means to draw ourselves nearer to conscious awareness.

Weekend (mid Friday – early Sunday)
The focus is on the Four of Scrolls (Swords in most tarot).

We are told…
This is a time to be alone with our thoughts to plan and visualize our future, and to place the past aside. We need to draw our energies close so that we may experience inner peace and tranquility during this period of healing and acceptance.

Be blessed.

The reflected card themes is not by any means a traditional reading. Instead, it is more of a meditative or reflective journey that utilizes tarot as a means indicating what needs to be considered and our thoughts, attitudes, and actions are likely to be reflected when looking at each card for the upcoming week ahead. This reading is not merely a personal one. I hope that you will enjoy the journey along with me…

Beginning of the Week (Sunday – early Wednesday)
The focus point is reflected in the drawing of the King of Swords.

We are told…
Capable and brave, many of us find ourselves defending our ideas and beliefs to the absolute end. We are warned to not make hasty decisions or manipulate our environment and the people around us. It will only come back to bite us in the butt. The key in avoiding such is to make entirely certain that we are armed with facts and logic. If not, we will pay a horrible price. After all, those who live by the sword– die by the sword. It’s wise to be mindful of such.

Midweek (mid Wednesday – early Friday)
The focus is relative to the drawing of the Seven of Swords.

We are told…
Somewhere along the line, it is possible that we discover that something has been stolen from us. We find ourselves dealing with issues of sneakiness and behind the scenes dishonesty. At the very least, we are likely to feel victimized and betrayed.

Weekend (mid Friday – early Sunday)
The focus is on the King of Rods.

We are told…
We will find ourselves enjoying success and being aware of the natural order of things. We are comfortable at home, and discover an interest in the sciences and agriculture. This is a time to put ideas into action.

Be blessed.

Tarot Themes for the Week of October 2, 2016

dscn1381The reflected card themes is not by any means a traditional reading.

The focus point is reflected in the drawing of the Ace of Discs (Pentacles in most tarot).

We are told…
This card is an indication of the beginning of an enterprise that will bring financial rewards. There is also an opportunity to be able to earn money from your own creative skills.

Midweek (mid Wednesday – early Friday)
The focus is relative to the drawing of the Druid (the Hierophant in most tarot).

We are told…
The Druid is the spiritual teacher within that recognizes the necessity of opposites in balance. This card emphasizes our need to bring into harmony our relationship with the material world and the ordinary consciousness and the spirit realm. Everyone’s experience of the Divine is different, and every individual must work through their own spiritual development in their own way. Ultimately, it is ourselves that it is solely up to us how we must define our own balance which is unable to be achieved by following dogma or set practices. This is a time to explore our own spirituality which is dependent upon where we live (our surroundings). It’s also a good time to take a time out, and go for a walk in the forest, undisturbed for a while.

Weekend (mid Friday – early Sunday)
The focus is on the Queen of Wands.

We are told…
This Queen may indeed make itself felt in your life as either an aspect of ourselves or an actual woman who is friendly and warm but forthright and perhaps a tad bossy. What you see with her– is what you get. Irregardless, this card speaks of the illumination of faith and vision that comes from within and it cannot be dimmed or extinguished by external influences. Just as a hearthfire needs to be fed, so does the flame of our spirit. This is the time to develop the qualities of independence, creativity, and warmth.

Be blessed.

Tarot Themes for the Week of September 25, 2016

dscn1377The reflected card themes is not by any means a traditional reading.

In the real world, it is sometimes necessary to make a decision about what is right and what is wrong. It is a difficult, dangerous, and lonely road, which can only be sustained by fairness.

Midweek (mid Wednesday – early Friday)
The focus is relative to the drawing of the 8 of Swords.

We are told…
So many prisons are built by ourselves. We prefer to believe in what others tell us rather than trust in what the Universe and our own instincts are telling us. Even when the storm is approaching you may smile and just be free. Life is never a trap, it is always an experience.

Weekend (mid Friday – early Sunday)
The focus is on the 4 of Wands.

We are told…
It may be said that to really be in one place you need two things: “presence” and “focus.” This card is about presence. Real presence. Not just merely being there. When people dance, you need to dance to really be there. When people eat, you must be eating. When people love, when people suffer, when people talk… you must be present. Not on the side, as an anonymous bystander.

Be blessed.
